Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sapthapadi, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for custom online invitation services, including weddings, birthdays, half saree functions, and housewarming events.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Design Work Begins:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no customization work has started.

After Design Work Begins:
If design work has already begun (including drafts or templates being sent), a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued depending on the progress made.

After Final Design is Delivered:
Once the final invitation is delivered or approved, no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issues that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved
  • Cancellation within allowed timeframe before work begins

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Custom designs already delivered
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay in event or personal reasons unrelated to service quality

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
